Our 30-Day Return Policy

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. We want you to love your new tech gear.

Conditions for Return

  • Items must be in original, unused condition.
  • All original accessories, manuals, and packaging must be included.
  • Software and digital downloads are non-refundable once activated.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Navigate to your Account Dashboard and select the order containing the item you wish to return.
  2. Click "Request Return" and follow the on-screen instructions.
  3. Print the provided prepaid shipping label.
  4. Pack the item securely and drop it off at your nearest carrier location.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to appear on your original payment method.
